What to include.
Events, Exhibitions, and Listings
Title of the exhibition, performance or event
Dates and times, including opening receptions and closing dates
Venue name and full address, with city and state
Cost and a ticket or registration link (or "free")
A short description, 50–100 words, in plain language
Artists, performers or organizers involved
Accessibility information: ASL, captioning, sensory-friendly hours, step-free access
One or two images with photo credit and caption
A press contact who can answer questions
How to send.
Press Releases
Paste the release into the email body and attach a PDF copy as well
Lead with the news. Who, what, when, where in the first paragraph
Mark embargoes clearly at the top, with date and time zone
Images at 300 dpi for print or 2000 px wide for web, credited, via attachment or download link
Announcements we welcome: new exhibitions and seasons, appointments and leadership changes, awards and grants, openings, closures and relocations
